Making connections with our community can be an overwhelming concept. Where do we start? How do we make it real and authentic? How can children and families be involved in the process?
During this training session we explore community, with reference to Quality Area 6 – Collaborative partnerships with families and communities, to guide us in exploring how services can connect to community through an authentic approach relevant to their service.

- Identify what community connections look like for your service
- Understand how we can connect to our community authentically
- Explore how families and communities can support us in our connections and how we can embed these in our practices
