1.5 – 2 hour session
Initially designed for those who are new to the role of QIP writing, this session has been adapted to suit the whole team, to help them understand the continuous improvement process from self-assessment, to goal setting and making the QIP part of the service operations.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain an understanding of what continuous improvement is and what should be included in a QIP
- Gain tips to setting and writing goals and learn about ‘evidence’ gathering
- Learn about making continuous improvement part of your everyday operations including using the self-assessment tool
