Kimberley is a Behaviour Specialist whose passion lies in supporting children with additional needs to thrive within their environment. She has experience working with children aged 0-8 of varying abilities in home, school and clinical settings. Her interests lie in managing behaviours of concern, teaching functional skills and improving social skills. At Children First Kimberley is able to assist with developing behaviour intervention plans, implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies within schools, upskilling families on behaviour management strategies and increasing each educator’s ability to effectively teach children with additional needs. Kimberley continually endeavours to utilize evidence-based practices in order to enact long-term change and best facilitate the inclusion of each child. In her spare time, you will usually find Kimberley baking, trying out new restaurants or travelling.
