Plumpton Long Day Care provides children with opportunities to grow and develop within a safe and secure environment.
Each indoor playroom inspires creativity in a fun learning environment. Our friendly and qualified educators encourage all children in play-based learning using the ‘Early Years Learning Framework’, giving your child a great start to their education. Educators facilitate learning and ensure our environments promote exploration and discovery so children can reach their full potential. We believe children are individuals and we take the time to build strong positive relationships with the children in order to meet their academic and emotional needs.
Our large outdoor environment provides children with an outlet to explore the natural environment and allows the children to engage in adventurous play that also supports physical health and wellbeing.
Our approach to inclusion and diversity ensures that every family and their child feels welcome. We provide all meals, following the Australian Dietary Guidelines and cater for religious and dietary requirements.

Krystal Vincent, Centre Manager
My name is Krystal and I am the Centre Manager at Children First – Plumpton Long Day Care. I have over 20 years’ experience in the early childhood sector, including 16 years with Children First. Plumpton Long Day Care is especially close to my heart, as my own child previously attended the centre, giving me a strong understanding of how important it is for families to feel supported in their journey.
I am passionate about early childhood education and enjoy developing meaningful curriculum and creating engaging, home-like play spaces where children feel safe to learn and grow. Supporting and mentoring educators is an important part of my role, as I believe confident, supported educators create the best outcomes for children.
I value strong relationships with families and believe the best outcomes occur when educators and families work together. I encourage families to be as involved in the service as they wish and welcome open communication, and I am always available for a conversation, a question, or a suggestion.

Centre Fees
Families can save up to $2,174 for 4-year-olds and $515 for 3-year-olds through the Start Strong program.
Plus, we offer Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to reduce out-of-pocket costs.
